I never do reviews. This is not worth the money. Not clean. Sleeper sofa horrible. Not happy I chose this hotel!

We had some issues with our room when we checked in but the hotel management was very apologetic and made things right.

Don't believe the pictures of the room found on both Holiday Inn's website or expedia. I booked an executive room suite which showed a large room with a couch and armchairs and stated that their "roomy executive suites were perfect for families." However I was shocked to find out that instead an executive room is only 30 square feet larger than a standard room and although I paid more, the front desk told me "I wouldn't be able to see the size difference" for the upgrade. The front desk knew the pictures were wrong but said they couldn't change my room or do anything about it. Holiday Inn's online representative was extremely rude and also told me he couldn't help me. Other than that the hotel was pretty nice and very clean. Though they do not replenish toilet paper or toiletries without you asking and had to make multiple requests for these items during our stay.

Pros: Location
Location: Shopping, restaurants, gas stations, convenient stores, etc.
The staff was friendly and professional; my room was clean; the breakfast was very good; the hotel was convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Nice hotel for a quick vacation to Charleston.

The room was nice, bedding clean, nice appearance and mostly comfortable. The staff couldn't remember there were 4 of us and would only stock the room with three towels. The room was quiet, the breakfast was pretty good, and the lobby and breakfast areas very pretty. The bathroom floor was very dirty in the corners.

so good,good buffet,good bed rooms

Pros: The wifi,tv and location
Cons: Swiming pool, breakfast buffet and quality of sofa bed
Location: Good location, near downtown
It was a good experience but the swiming pool was closed and the breakfast buffet is limited

Pros: Location.
Cons: The temperature in the room could not be set right, it would get hot then it would get to cold. Might have been a thermostat issue for our room.
Location: Down town Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island.
Great location for the purpose of our visit. Could easy get down town to Charleston and all the other areas that we wanted to visit.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and seemed clean. Breakfast was very good for this type of hotel buffet.
