Told by a night audit - in his undone tie, chewing something loudly- that because we booked thru hotels.com our reservation room request doesn't have priority. No king like we had reserved, and at 1:30am a woman was yelling down the hall and letting her child loudly drop toys by our room. Thankfully Hotels.com helped us relocate.

On behalf of the staff we sincerely apologize about your recent experience. When looking into your reservation I see it was booked for a hotel choose, or flow through reservation. This is how you were able to get an extreme discount on the room. I see your request for a king bed and we do our best to honor such requests, but in this situation we were unable to do so due to occupancy. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we hope to welcome you back in the near future.
