I have traveled to several cities and stayed at many hotels. This holiday inn hotel lacks service training, especially cleaning staff. We arrived past midnight, knowing the hotel will be short of staff, to my surprise though that there was NOBDY at the desk. The office right behind the front desk has its door wide open with security video on the monitor. There was no desk bell that we could ring to get attention from someone. Fortunately, a maintenance staff member walked pass by and paged the front desk personnel who was supposed to be there. Otherwise, we will be waiting for a very long time for him to come back from his smoke break. It just goes downhill from here. When we arrived to our room, it was evident that the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The remains (shaved hair) from the last customer who stayed in this room was all over the bathtub AND the faucet at the sink. This is beyond disgusting. I cannot believe I paid over $120 for this hotel. It only deems the name of a motel.

Dear Chia Chi,
I am just as surprised as you in regards to the front desk not being staffed. As well, the condition of the room in terms of cleanliness. I assure you your experience is NOT typical of this hotel and ask you to give us the opportunity to make it right.
