From the check-in/, hostess in the dining area, wait staff and all in-between, all went out of their way to give exemplary service. Anne and Janie were wonderfully helpful. Wasn't sure if this was just southern hospitality or the Holiday Inn but it was great.

Decent but older

Decent for the price but our bathroom was a little dirty and shower wouldn't drain. Needless to say I'll be staying at the courtyard waterfront from now on

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice selection on the breakfast buffet and is also a nice place to have a nightcap while viewing the lights of downtown. The free shuttle to downtown is an easy way to enjoy seeing the sites without the hassle of driving and parking.

Too small for the money.

The room was not clean as far as it looked old and things needed replaced. Looks like it was cheaply built. The internet kept going in and out the whole 5 days. The staff was great. The room was small. Would never stay there again. Although the buffet breakfast was great.

Beds were ok as far as comfort. Very helpful staff changed our room because someone had previously smoked in the first one

Hotel needs some TLC. Main entrance dirty, doors, steps. Not impressed at all. Lobby was ok.

Terrible hotel, dirty, bed bugs!!!!!!

This has the most awful hotel stay I've ever had!! Both my legs have been eaten up by bed bugs!!!!!! I usually try not to stay at hotels that don't have at least a 4 star review but bc there weren't many options open for a last minute trip, I decided to take the risk with this holiday inn and I am currently in the most uncomfortable pain with these bed bug bites literally all over my legs!!! The hotel was extremely damp had gnats when looking behind the curtains, the wall seemed like it had water damage that was just covered up by wallpaper and overall just disgusting!!! I will be reporting this to the health department!!!!

We do take bed bugs very seriously and when it is reported to us we close the room down immediately. We then contact our third-party exterminating company and they come in and inspect and treat the room for any pests that are present. Thank you again for letting us know about your stay.
