Like the area, vacation feeling every day! Nice staff, well maintained pool! Rooms are clean and comfortable! The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast variety. They seem to present some hot food from a day prior. It’s not always fresh. I didn’t like the plastic silverware and paper plates. Seems like they had trouble with the dishwasher but it wasn’t the first time that it happened. We come often to this hotel and it happened again!

Check in was horrible. Said they didn’t have any rooms, even though I had reservations. They told me they overbooked the hotel. After 30 minutes of waiting she told me she had one room left. I asked for my room to be cleaned and they never showed up for cleaning. Very disappointed in this Hilton. I’ve stayed there before with excellent service.
