Very nice hotel with courteous staff

Location: close to convention center and shopping
NICE CLEAN PLACE WITH COURTEOUS STAFF VERY CLOSE TO THE NORTH CHARLESTON CONVENTION CENTER AND ALSO VERY CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND DINING

Up All Night

I would have said this was a very good perhaps even excellent stay except the second night I was there the fire alarms were malfunctioning. So this resulted in me having serious ear pain and getting just a couple of hours of sleep before having to get up for an early morning flight. An apology from the front desk without anything much for an explanation didnt make me feel better. The biggest thing you do at a hotel is rest and sleep-which I paid for but did not receive. No offer either for any type of reimbursement, full or otherwise. And I understand that glitches in technology happen-but a 'sorry about the alarms' seems a little weak as a way to try to make it up to your guest. Now my issue with temperature regulation (it was either too hot or too cold) seems trivial. But the climate control issues didnt help me sleep either.

Nice Hotel for family stay visiting Charleston

I especially like the breakfast at the Hyatt hotels. I choose them for our stays because of the real cups, plates and silverware. You don't have to eat from throw-away-tableware. And I like the different juices and variety of the breakfast.

Nice Hotel, Very Convient

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. The location has easy access to many things and most main roads. The indoor pool was great for my children. We loved the breakfast that was served. Overall, I would happily pick this hotel for our next visit.

Nice hotel. Walls were really thin and bed wasn't that comfortable but it was a nice place to stay.

Close to Airport

Love the fact they provided shuttle service within 5 miles aND staff very friendly and accommodating. Also the breakfast provided was nice well worth the cost.

Pros: The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough.
Location: We love this hotel because it is so close to the Charleston Arena. We can walk over to the Hockey games.
We always enjoy staying at the Hyatt Place. The staff is always very nice. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean, well kept and spacious.

Great location,staff couldn't enoughfor you

Location: Within 5 miles of everything
They have a shuffle that will take u anywhere ( at no charge)within 5 miles they will drop u off and pick you up at your request, they have a great bunch of people working for this chain, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else
