TWO NIGHT STAY

Pros: Best part of the stay was the breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Made to order omelettes and many items to choose from. Valet staff are great.
Cons: Check in process and a trip with luggage back to the lobby to exchange rooms.
Location: Drove 7 miles to N. Charleston. Loved the Market & Carriage Rides. Great shopping & dining options! Parking downtown not easy.
Check in process should have been better. We had requested a room with two queen beds, and three keys for ourselves and grown daughter. We were given a room with one king bed. Went back to desk to state that we needed a room with two queen beds. The two ladies at the desk reassigned our room and one of them commented, "Oh, you need two beds?" I was thinking, "Wouldn't that be obvious with three people?" There was some construction taking place. Restaurant was excellent and service was above and beyond expectations! Short drive to many great sites but not within walking distance to other restaurants, shops or attractions. I would stay there again!

Good I enjoy staying at this hotel, easy to get to from the airport. the mall was close by nice resterants.

Convenient and reasonably priced

Pros: I like the price and the location.
Cons: The property does feel a bit dated.
Location: This is located right off the interstate, so the entirety of Charleston is within about a ten minute drive.
I believe this was my ninth night staying at this hotel, and I continue to return for a reason. There are cheaper hotels, and nicer ones, but I find this offers a great balance of price and quality. The staff is nice, the rooms are basic but no flaws, and the location is convenient for my needs.

Checked in on New Years Eve and the lady was very polite, friendly and knowledgable of the area. Check in was really fast and our room was very clean.

If the hotel is under construction then it should be shut down rather than making a horrible experience for the travelers.

Hotel close to Airport.

Pros: The staff at the desk was most friendly and helpful.
Cons: Too numerous to name. One being that the breakfast was not included and was too expensive.
Location: Going to the airport was the only reason we stayed there. Everything else was too far away.
This is obviously an old hotel trying to update and improve. However, as soon as you enter, one smells the 'age'. There weren't public access computers to use. Since I don't own any other devices except a simple flip cell phone, I was at a disadvantage in trying to retrieve boarding passes.

not same as last stay

We noticed on arrival that the hotel was not the same as our last visit. It appeared they were not keeping up with certain things. After talking with employees I learned they were closing on January 4th 2016. One whole wing was already shut down and gutted. I feel that should have been stated when I was booking. Other then that it was just Okay.
