10 minutes from downtown - 20 with heavy traffic. Visitors preferring modern style will be extremely happy with this facility.

Very up to date excellent hotel.

Pros: Everything. No negative.
Cons: Sinks need back-up drain in case faucet is left on and drain is closed. Toilet paper hanger is in awkward position.
Location: very convenient to airport, yet quiet.
Excellent in all respects. Recently renovated: everything is new and works well. Very clean. Very responsive staff. Better than most downtown hotels. Good pool. 5 out of 5.

Weekend getaway....

Convenient location to the venue we were attending. The bathroom and shower were recently redone. Very nice.

Our stay was wonderful. They can however improve the restaurant menu at HC Provisions. I stayed mostly since it did have a restaurant at the hotel. The menu needs some basic food additions. I would also suggest a kids menu or kid friendly food.

The hotel is renovated and nice. Was 9/10 cleanliness wise in the room. The club access room had very limited snacks and beverages, and the coffee machine wasn't working properly. I was given a king size bed instead of 2 doubles and didn't know until check in, so that was a little inconvenient for an after midnight check in. But other than that, all was great :)

On Friday, we returned around 6:00 PM to find out that our rooms had not been cleaned. There was a young lady named Georgette, cleaning her assigned rooms, who stopped what she was doing, to find out who was to have cleaned our rooms. After finding out that that person had left, Georgette volunteered to clean our room, even though it was time for her to leave. We really appreciated and wanted to acknowledge the way Georgette went above and beyond.
