The property is older but well maintained. The room was updated, clean, and in full working order. Some of the guest could be a bit noisy and the internet and cable went out on at least two occasions for a total of about 3 hours in an overnight (less than 20 hours)

Room was very clean....everything great until ac unit quit with a VERY loud noise at midnight...woke us up, then a lot of noise in parking lot throughout nite..worst part was a surprise of staff needing a $150 cash or hold a credit card for a security deposit for damage to room because they did not have my card on file due to booking ahead of time with expedia...i gave cash and had to wait almost 1 hour next morning for it to be returned...not good

The only good thing about breakfast was that it was free. Rooms were just a place to lay your head, as long as you brought your own pillow, which we always do. It's not this hotel, alot of chains think it's ok to spend $100-$140 a night and get "just a room" no frills. Shame.

Not bad but could be better
Overall stay was good. It’s very strange a hotel runs out of plates for breakfast so people were using napkins. Juice machine did not work overall breakfast sucks. Smoking side is very sketchy and some one sells drugs over there for sure. The little Indian guy was really weird. He would stand outside of people rooms and even the police pulled up on him one morning. I believe someone on the smoking side sells drugs but those people that were coming did not bother anyone or their vehicles. The location is in the middle of Tangler outlet so if you’re looking to go shopping it is a very good location not to mention there are lots of restaurants and fast food places nearby easy access on and off of the highway as well

Not great, key didn’t work. I had to leave my luggage and get the key fixed. The door to the room didn’t even seal well. You could see out to the road. It wasn’t in the best area so I was up all night.

I like that everything was clean, and the housekeeper kept the room clean and neat. The only thing I did not like is that the TV control or the TV was not propery working. I was not able to change the channels so either the control or the TV was not functioning well. I could not stay in the room to watch football. I called to the operator but whoever answered the phone, just hung up on me.

I booked this property as I had an event at the embassy, just minutes away. Despite the short distance, this property felt unsafe. I was there as a mom with my daughter and there were people doing drugs downstairs. My neighbors were drinking and playing loud music til about 4 in the morning. I called the front desk and nothing changed, I asked the neighbors to hold it down and they basically grunted at me and turned their music up. I felt unsafe and as if the hotel wasn't going to help either. the breakfast was good and the staff I talked to in person were nice and helpful but I would not stay here if you are traveling with family.

the walk-in shower was very convenient and clean enough. the TV did not work properly and called front desk and they sent someone to check. The person did not correct the tv problem so I was very unsatisfied with this service. All in all the stay was about normal for a 2 star hotel.

Very noisy due to the proximity of the airport, the room turned out to be very small, dark and damp, it was damp, not all sockets worked, the furniture was old, the toilet did not flush well, the ice machines did not work, the laundry was very dirty, the air conditioner was very noisy. The staff is very friendly and helpful, cleanliness is good.

No fitness center like advertised. Rooms smelled like old cigarettes and there was blonde hair everywhere (I have black hair). Towels seemed used.
