Immediately we faced a 10 minute wait as the front desk associate was not in the office. Once she arrived, she was more focused on getting us out of the lobby than explaining where our room was, where the ice and vending was, and where the laundry room I had inquired about was. We had dust and hair on our floor, a Pepsi can under one bed, and a food wrapper under the other. They stayed there for the 4 days we were in the hotel room. Regardless of the amount of notes we left the housekeeper, we never got an extra set of towels until the last day. The rooms were advertised as two queen beds. At best they were full sized beds. The bathroom was smaller than the handicapped stall at Wendy's across the parking lot. I am only 18 weeks pregnant but it was difficult to maneuver in such a tiny room. The safe is in the middle of the floor so if you are trying to share a vanity, you will either need to stand elbow to elbow, or navigate around the safe. There is no secondary side table, so all belongings must be stored on a tiny half-circle stand with only three outlets, where the phone and the alarm clock take up 2/3 of the space. I stayed at this hotel back in 2005-2007 when in town on business and was never this disappointed. I am left wondering why the ownership has let it go so badly.

Will not stay again

This hotel was a just ok and not worth the $90 we spent on it. Felt unsafe in this hotel, my wife was walking into the room after me and a man started asking her if she had drugs. I quickly helped her inside and bolted the door. The bed was very old and springy. I was not impressed

I had a nice experience but I wish they can keep up with the housekeeping services because we they did not clean up the room on Sunday

Good value

The Red Roof Inn was a good value and suited my needs. It was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor inconveniences - the room did not include a hairdryer or tissues. The location was convenient too. I would stay here again while visiting my son who is stationed in Goose Creek.

Floors didn't look bad, but after walking around barefoot the bottoms of my feet were black .

stay was good.....besides the few cigarette burns on the comforter it was a good stay
