Upon check in I was delighted with the hotel. After entering my room, Everything was disappointing from there on and I am so upset I just spent that kind of money on this hotel. I am happy to submit the view from our hotel room which was awful, the shower didn’t work and it remained 75 degrees the entire time in the room. All of that was fine and I kept quiet however, upon check out, I kindly asked as a Bonvoy member if they would be as to kindly allow me a 1pm check out as our flight was delayed from the snow up north. I was given until 12 and told I just return my key to the desk as if I was not trusted. One hour for my time and money seemed like an easy ask but the women at the front desk could not afford me that opportunity. Really a bad name for a Marriott property and something I have never experienced. We went out to find another hotel as our flight was cancelled and decided to give our money to a different hotel with the kindness and appreciation. Ps parking is $46 a day- more than my rental car

I had a good stay, thought it was a very unique hotel, and just off of meeting street. The Lenior restaurant was excellent! The negative was- my handicapped room was the farthest from the elevator.

Very nice hotel, great location. Only problem was that my room was not cleaned. We came back from a long day of exploring to an uncleaned room with no fresh towels. When we told the front desk they told us house keeping left for the day and there was nothing they could do.

Staff was amazing from the moment we stepped out of the car, valet parking, luggage was unloaded and to the room without even having to ask. The experience of such a welcoming staff at check in, is something rare these days and makes such a difference!!!! The morning of our departure was unsat. No hot water from 7-10am. The front desk said “we have a lot of checkouts and everyone is likely showering “. When departing the front desk, Michael was very unresponsive; “I’ll leave a note”. No understanding and inadequate customer service.

Great location and customer service!
Amazing location and the customer service was top-notch. The rooms are spacious with modern decor. We never used our car and walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

I see many petty complaints, but as a person who travels a lot this hotel was great! From the time i checked in until departure I could have not asked for better service. The only con through this whole trip was the pool area. I wanted a day of relaxing and the pool area is in need of an update from cushions on the loungers to the mold in the corners of the caulking around the pool. Lot of rust stains . The pool itself is small but still great for a quick dip!

Staff was helpful and eager to help. Short walking distance to everything if you want a walking tour or there is a free shuttle bus that runs through downtown with many stops if you prefer. 2nd Sunday of every month, they close down King st for vendors and it was a great little intro to stores downtown. Very pleasant stay, clean & quiet.

I received five star service. Everyone was so accommodating an offer suggestions for great places to eat and visit. I went for my birthday weekend and had the best time. The hotel was in the perfect location right around the corner is king Street King Street is the best place to shop and eat.
