Terrible experience. From the desk person cancelling our room and saying we would get 100 percent refunded… giving us a letter showing that… due to emergency… then getting a room later on that smelled horrible and had a big roach on the ceiling…. Then noticed we didn’t get refunded but instead got charged once thru Expedia and once thru the hotel. Spoke to Expedia and passed the info Along with letter to the GM Jeannie price . Who wouldn’t release our refund. So from getting charged twice, not getting the refund that was said to be given (letter to proof), roaches in room, smell of mold, and if you go outside nothing but police officers and meth dealers (not a safe location). Very unhappy in every area of this hotel. And we get hotels all the time thru Expedia and this has been the worse experience in many years.
