We chose this place because of the indoor pool only to get here and find out the pool is closed. Why are the rates high while the pool is closed? Why doesnt the website state the pool is closed? Terrible.

There was construction going on inside the hotel. I was disappointed that we did not have access to the fitness center and the stairs were also being updated so I could not use those very well to get some exercise.

Did not inform us it was a handicap accessible room with bench in shower that had black duct tape wrapped around it observed ant in shower Hotel under renovation at this time Bedroom was clean and bed sheets were clean. large spacious room . Friendly staff. Front desk employee during checkout was awesome! Breakfast was ok toaster was not toasting well and precook sausage was not tasty at all. Eggs watery Great coffee, juice, fresh fruit and then pastries

Don’t feel safe. Renovations on first floor mean paint smell on my floor, no pool, no gym. Cops arresting people next door. I’ll sleep with lights on tonight.

Pillows were very old and some had stains. Also some of the front desk staff were not friendly. They acted rude....I am not sure, but they seemed like they did notvlike hispanics. We will never stay at these hotels ever again nor we will refer to family and friends. We booked 4 rooms...

The property was under maintenance on the third floor and constant loud noises were coming from the third floor during our stay. Also, power washing the parking lot the entire day during our stay. Also, the parking lot was covered in huge potholes and there was broken concrete all over the parking lot from the potholes. Finally, the chargers for the electric vehicles were located on the left side of the building and were extremely difficult to get to with there being a huge pothole in front of them and 2 large dumpsters also almost blocking them from where they were throwing the trash for renovations.

Good stay
Comfortable room and beds. Would prefer the bathroom to have the vanity/countertop in the layout. At breakfast, the hostess was very nice, and kept area clean. The coffee in the thermos' was not as hot as I would have liked but it was adequate.

The guests next door, played loud music until 4:30am, finally called from desk. But the hotel did nothing to compensate us, fed them many opportunities to provide “unreasonable” hospitality solutions, but failed…. The “unreasonable hospitality” by will guiders should be a mandatory reading for all in the hospitality industry.

Great stay
Its a great hotel. Always clean and spacious. Staff is helpful is needed and they'll leave you alone if you want. I stay here often. Breakfast is usually pretty good.

Although we paid for a king bed and a pull out sofa, we got a king bed and a broken pull out sofa that my children couldn't sleep on. We were told that because the room was nonrefundable they didn't have any obligation to make it right. They claimed that because the room was nonrefundable there could have not been a pull out sofa at all, and they wouldn't refund us or switch us to a sister hotel (since apparently they were fully booked). The customer service was abysmal. What an absolutely awful experience. I really expected better from Marriott. Also, don't bother booking through Expedia, they won't help. They go by what the hotel says. Even though i have photographic proof of the broken bed and the person they sent to look at it said is broken, the front desk lady said it wasn't so we got no help whatsoever from Expedia.

It was a very nice hotel. The room was spacious. Fridge, microwave. Bathroom was nice size. Bed was comfortable. Not a lot of outside noise. Breakfast was good. Pretty good options. No complaints. I would stay again
