Only concerns we had were with parking directly at the hotel. There isn't enough and although they have huge lots close by, it is quite inconvenient when you have luggage upon arrival or departure. Lots of guests do not respect the loading parking stalls so that doesn't solve the problem either.

Had a room with 2 queen beds. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Window view was the hallway in between rooms. Was hoping for an ocean front room. Parking is a block away and cost $12 for the night. Continental breakfast. Coffee was nasty. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, bagels and cream cheese, bananas and a pancake machine. Overall a good stay but not worth $200 night.

I loved staying in Isle of Palms! This is a prime location on the beach! The only thing is most of the rooms don’t have any windows and feel kinda like you’re trapped. We moved to a room with a balcony overlooking the town and that made the trip! As long as you stay in the front or back sides of the hotel, this is a perfect stay. But if you don’t care about that, it’s a clean and nice spot to stay

Very little parking at hotel, 2 lots 2 to 4 blocks away for parking might have been a deal breaker had we known in advance. Entrance to hotel is through parking garage and up elevator, during rain walk through water to get to elevator. Hotel was clean once we got to our rooms.

Unfortunately, when the hotel is booked at full capacity, the garage underneath is on a first come first serve basis. As you mentioned there are two other lots where you could also park. As for the rain, we do bring our apologies, and wish there was something we could do about it. Your concerns have been shared with the appropriate operation team and they will do they best to address and hopefully resolve them. Again thank you for your feedback and we hope you choose us again for your next beach vacation.

The room was very clean and there were plenty of towels. Unfortunately, the room was directly across from a very loud beeping elevator and a noisy door that opened to the stairwell, both of which were heavily used by guests. Our room's door frame was not well-sealed and there was a window facing the hallway, so the noise was terrible. Not a peaceful stay.

Property location was great access to the beach, walkable to restaurants, and close to shopping. The walls between rooms are very thin, and therefore neighboring room sounded like we were sharing a room. Noise from guests returning to their rooms at night was also very loud. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this isnt it. But if you are looking for quick access to the beach, they have you covered!

I booked through Expedia because I typed in pet friendly hotels isle of palms. Proceeded to book room paid for it with visa, arrived and desk clerk said sorry no pets, had to find last minute hotel, I wished Expedia would refund my money because I was not able to stay.

This is an older hotel. I believe they’ve tried to update the rooms but the photos online made them look nicer than ours was. The bathroom was extremely small. Also paid more for partial oceanfront but the only way you could see the water was if you went out on your balcony and leaned over. It was just ok.

The view from the room was terrible, and not as advertised on the website. The room was right on top of the next door restaurant, and folks could look into our room as the ate dinner. It was so bad we checked out one day earlier.

Major disapointment. Made special plans for a birthday, ended up being nothing special. The lack of pre-arrival information did not help as parking was a nightmare. Hard to call what room we had as an ocean view. More of an industrial view. Tiny room poorly appointed, nothing like the pictures. Very noisey, paper thin walls and no control over late night rowdy guest. On a one to ten, two, being kind! Staff was rude on checkin and otherwise. Non-existent. I travel extensively and expected more, not even at a cut rate level of amenity and service. Hair in the bathroom and unclean. Having not been to this part of SC before was unaware of the other options, suggest you do your homework,

We upgraded to an ocean view which was fantastic! Some rooms only have windows looking into a small atrium directly across from other rooms. Ocean view were quite roomy. Staff is extremely helpful and met every request I had, and I had a few!

Fabulous place!! So convenient with walking with little kids to ice cream shops, beach shops and even to the beach! All right there together. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Very noisy. rooms were adjoining with adjoining doors that were not effective in the least for blocking sounds from noisy neighbors. Halls were concrete sound tunnels.

Great walking distance to the beach, a nice restaurant and gas station on the corner! Loved the city balcony view luckily got the highest one out of only 3 rooms and booked that morning! Awesome location will go back again great valentine's trip!
