We had three rooms at the hotel, and still the staff gave us a hard time to check out late from just one room. The Maitre’d at the coffee shop was extremely rude and not hospitable to me and My guests. The hotel is difficult to access with luggage since the elevator is at the back of the property. Not well planned in terms of Accessibility.

The adjoining restaurant - the little palm charged us $48 for breakfast. Beware the Ryder adds on $30 per day and calls it a daily resort fee. It's a NO RETURN a for us.

I rented two rooms. The rooms were not made up at least one night each (not even the beds). The pool area was under constant construction. The walls were thin and the door were loud. We found a condom from the previous guest. Not what we expected from the cost of the rooms.
