It was so romantic! The Inn was so cute, the room was comfortable and romantic. Balcony with gorgeous view, fireplace and the robes were my favorite! Thank you so much it was a wonderful experience

Wedding anniversary weekend.
We had such a wonderful time. Went for three nights for our 18th wedding Anniversary. The happy hour is fabulous the breakfast is really good as well. The bed could’ve been better, that’s the only criticism I have about this place. It’s just a wonderful place to go and relax. The staff was wonderful. Thank you so much we will be back in the summer.

Everything was great! Only negative is we did not know about hot tub and in room jetted tub. Walking back it was a bit dark and no side walks. Cars drive fast and don’t yield to pedestrians until you get to the library on Center Street.

Hidden Gem!
A hidden gem on Folly Beach! Great location, great atmosphere, and super attentive staff. Only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Tucked away off the main road yet easily accessible, this cozy retreat exemplified hospitality! Welcome drink, happy hour, endless cookies, full breakfast…the rooms are well maintained and super cleaned. Lots of stairs so pack light…and expected noise (toilet flushes, steps, etc) between floors given floor plan. Bikes and a golf cart ride are super convenient. Loved our time!

The property was amazing. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Great location, easy walk to the main strip or beach. They provided beach accessories and made our stay fantastic.

We only stayed one night but if I had known how amazing this place was, I would have opted to stay here and just have done Charleston as day trips!As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted with the sounds of summer playlist (Bob Marley, Beach Boys etc) Totally sets the scene.Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful and immaculate with a private, screened in balcony to enjoy the sultry summer nights of Folly. If we had stayed long term, the innkeepers supplied guests with beach towels, chairs and an umbrella (pretty sure about umbrellas ) plus a ride to and from the beach on their golf cart. Happy hour was cool (gotta try that Folly punch they offer) and breakfast was hot and homemade. HIGHLY recommend!! We will be back.❤️

This was a great stay in a quiet room with all the amenities one would expect at a top B&B. Very convenient to the beach with an easy walk that kept things quiet without requiring transportation to get there. Would definitely stay there again sometime.

Had potential to be the best vacation
Checked in Sunday with Faye, she was wonderful. We were so impressed we were going to book another stay for October. On Tuesday my daughter came to spend the day with me and Claudia was so rude to her, I’m sorry but if I’m paying $300 a night for a room 3 blocks from the beach I should be able to have a guest for the day. We stayed until Thursday and Claudia didn’t speak to me again the rest of my stay, totally unprofessional. Claudia has cost Waters Edge a repeat customer, I won’t be back.

Nice and quiet
Waters Edge Inn is nicely located away from noise but within walking distance to center of town. Nice breakfast and Happy Hour which is included in room rate.

I loved everything. The bathroom was beautiful, the bed SO comfortable. Staff was friendly. Grounds nicely manicured. My personal favorite was lying on the chase lounge on the balcony enjoying the view of the live oaks dripping with Spanish moss and listening to the cicadas and quiet Jimmy Buffet music wafting through the sultry southern air.

A Quaint and relaxing stay at Waters Edge Inn
My wife and I wanted a place for a couple of nights to stay while we enjoy Folly Beach. Waters Edge was a wonderful place for us. We stayed in the Regatta room and it was perfect. The breakfast, prepared by Claudia, were very good and included a variety of hot and cold items. We met other couples while eating breakfast. Only a few blocks from the beach. We would recommend this inn to anyone who would like to come to Folly Beach.

Water's Edge was a perfect getaway for us. We loved the location, the staff and the room. It was a great walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We rode the cart once to be dropped off at a restaurant, and it was great. Highly recommended this beautiful Inn.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great. Loved that it was adults only. Room was beautiful but lacked storage. No place for unpacking clothes. Would definitely recommend.
