We had a very comfortable night & the breakfast was really great. Only there for an overnight stay.

Short drive to charleston

Breakfast not great. Sausage was chewy and cold. Ran out of all milk except fat free. OJ was very watery. Had quarters to wash laundry and they had no soap.

very inconvenient

Had to wait an 1 1/2 past check in for room to be available. Clerk stated they were waiting on bed sheets to dry. The next day they didn't come to room to clean til after 4pm and when we asked for towels they said they were short staffed and waiting for laundry to finish

DIRTY SHEETS!

Our sheets had not been changed from prior guest as there was a dried body fluid spot on the sheets(gross! And I am trying to be nice in my description).Also, on our first day we went down for breakfast an hour before it shut down and there wasn't anything left. Only cereal and a couple bagels. They did refill, but it was as if they weren't planning on serving more for the day. Also, we asked for towels for our second day(we didn't want room service) and for three people they gave us 2 bath towels and four hand towels and said sorry that's all we have. The next morning we went back for a couple towels and was given only one----still no washclothes. And finally, as we are leaving, the toilet stops up. We visit Charleston often as our son is in Navy, but will not be back here again. Will also advise other visitors likewise.

The hotel was very clean and modern. My room was very nice with every think that I needed. My only trivial complaint was that the botton on the juice dispenser at breakfast had to be pressed harder than I expected. The staff explained that the machine was recently replaced.

Friendly staff; nice room and area

Courteous and helpful service when checking in at front desk; upgraded to a suite at no additional cost without even requesting an upgrade; room was large and comfortable and clean; local area was pleasant and quiet and secluded while also convenient and close to Interstate. Breakfast bar was good.

Excellent

Pros: Room, staff, breakfast
Cons: Not much
Location: Needed to drive into Charleston proper. plenty of fast food places around hotel.
Great hotel all round - great staff. The room was big, clean and so comfortable. Hotel a bit far from CBD but if you have a car not a problem.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay; room was generous and everything was clean and working. Breakfast was the usual for these facilities-decent offerings of eggs, sausage, gravy, fruit, breads, make your own waffles, etc. Tasy and filling. Breakfast area, lobby and halls leading to elevators was squeeky clean. Helpful, friendly staff at front desk.
