“It's an older hotel dilapidated definitely needs love You can see where it used to be a big hotel but now a lot of empty space where things used to be where the hotel used to thrive I assume”

“This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here.”

“We stayed at the Weston on St. Thomas from April 24-29. Overall we loved our stay. All of the staff members were amazing! Every team member we spoke with was very helpful and patient with us. The room was very nice and clean. We had an amazing ocean view from our room and we enjoyed spending early mornings and evenings out on our personal little patio enjoying it. The shower was our main complaint about the room. There was not any hot water during “prime shower times”. We would try to shower……

“We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. The staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there and the food was terrible at all of the restaurants. “The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains……
