Excelente hotel. La as facilidades siempre limpiaa, cuartos cómodo, el personal son amable y atentos. Se puede caminar para varios lugares de comida como para comprar regalos y cosas personales. Es un area muy agradable en el que esta localizado. Lo recomiendo bastante.

This was a last minute booking, since we missed the last ferry to St. John. At first, the hotel looks beautiful, then you check into your room. It was dirty. The freezer didn’t work so we woke up a floor full of water (from a bag of ice cubes that we put in there). Also, the food is freezer food. The hamburger was a frozen patty from package. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad we found a place to sleep that wasn’t $700, but just a warning.

Website states they have breakfast available. The facility actually only has breakfast available only Wednesdays through Sundays. Which means no restaurant in the hotel is open Mondays and Tuesdays. No where in the website was this stated. Not even in the hotel. I found out when I asked the front desk where I could find the restaurant for breakfast.

The location is awesome. Across the street from the ferry from St. John. I feel the interior of the room is ' a bit tired'. Could use a spruce up. When we arrived an outlet was not working, 3 hours later it was. Not sure why. One of the beds had an extra blanket the other had a portion of a blanket. Not sure what that was about.

The hotel was nice enough. But every since we’ve been back home the credit card we used to check into our hotel- and only there has been getting weird international charges on. Thankful none were processed but still annoying having to cancel the card and wait for a new one to arrive.

Thank you for your feedback. The only thing I can think of is that we put a hold on your card and if you pay cash or with another card it does take a few days for that hold to come off.

Let me start by saying housekeeping was AMAZING. Now everything else was not up to par. The hotel is very outdated the hotel need a complete make over. BTW NO MICROWAVE, no laundry everything seems to have stopped working. The hotel manager needs to do better at maintaining the beauty and update the hotel to attract more tourists. Food was not great. Hope upper management read these reviews and act. Arround the hotel is not clean a lot of debris.

I spent four nights here.the first night I heard something that sounded like a gun shot, the fourth night there was shots firing below our balcony.. Don't waste your money, if I could review without a star, that's what I would do... The worst EVER!!!! Needs updating, mold every where, the bed in the room I stayed need to be replaced.

We were pleased with the price for the location and basic, but nice, rooms. We enjoyed shopping in Charlotte Amalie while waiting for the 4:30 check-in. In comparing other hotel prices - this hotel was a very good option in St Thomas.

First room they gave had not yet been cleaned! 2nd room had blood stain on the pillowcase through to the pillow protector. Bedding stained, towels stained. Stopped at FD for towels, no one at the desk, security with his purple phone cover sat on his phone without acknowledging us or even looking up. A houseman came off the elevator with his music blaring, he didn't even attempt to turn it down with a lobby full of people, every one staring at him he just kept on doing his thing. Took more than an hour to get a different pillow and clean towels. Dont expect customer service at all.

Was a last minute reservation due to Jet Blue canceling our flight for mechanical problems & sitting on the plane with no A/C for 4 hours & nothing to eat or drink. We’re happy that the Windward could accommodate us at 11:45pm on such short notice 👍

It was advertised as daily room service, not true, every other day which is okay if known ahead of time so towels would get hung up to dry and garbage condensed. I had to call for towels daily and one day they delivered two and just threw them on the sink and they were still damp? Refrigerator kept shutting off and our yogurts went bad, other than that as stated above in questions not so bad
