I love the city & the location of my hotel. Everything was in walking distance to my hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any & everyone. The hotel was very accommodating staff was friendly and everything was just perfect.

Booked the room day of reservations and they accommodated nicely! Was told to park on the 3rd floor left the following day paying an additional $35.00 for parking fees. We where in a rush to leave for the airport to try and dispute the parking fee.in addition we went to the lobby bar for drinks the night of arrival and paid $16.00 for a shot of tequila each we requested oranges instead of limes the bartender hesitated to give us the oranges but did besides her better judgment and they where slimy and gross! Highly disappointed

Great Location But Hotel Worn Down

Excellent location but the hotel is worn down. It was not very clean, not easy to access, our mirror was crack in our room on then bathroom sliding door. The otherside was dirty and not cleaned. The halls smelled bad and were super dirty. It should be $75 a night. The sheets were gritty from major cotton balls. It was not anything like the pictures in my opinion.

Will not go back

I accidentally booked my room for the day before I wanted it. Simple mistake, everyone makes them! The hotel will not refund me my $200 for only one night!!! Nobody called me the day I accidentally booked it for wondering why I wasn't there why I hadn't checked in!! Just said thanks for your money that you work hard for I'm gona keep it! Completely ruined my weekend!!!

Our hotel policies do state that reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance or charges will apply. Pros: The hotel proximity to restaurants and shops.
Cons: The hotel hallways need an upgrade and lighter paint.
Location: As mentioned earlier, the hotel's location puts you in the heart of downtown Charlotte.
The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Charlotte. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Too difficult to locate and stay in

Nice hotel and friendly staff but the difficulty of check in, parking, and actually just finding it would preclude me from ever staying there again.

Valet was a joke which reflects badly on the hotel

Pros: It was modern and the decor was very chic. I liked the toiletries brand Bliss.
Cons: The Valet could use some manners and know their jobs. Our bedding had holes in it. The flooring was very dirty. The room had a funky smell to it.
Location: Location is really in the heart of the city, very close to the bus station. Lots of restaurants. Several places to go for entertainment.
7.3.17 We pull up to valet in our F-250 truck. The valet tells us he won't park our truck so we will have to use one of the parking garages or public parking. Okay, we can understand that, it is larger then some. We ask if we can at least leave it to check in to put our luggage in the room and are told no that we can not leave our vehicle there. So we find a spot to park and have to sit in the truck for 45 minutes because it is raining so hard. Get to the check in desk and explain our frustration with their valet with a very indifferent response from the reception desk clerk. He said he would call down there to see what was going on, because we should have been able to park to check in. We told them it was a reflection on the hotel, this really didn't seem to matter. We went up to our rooms with no compensation for the aggravation, which only added to our aggravation. We were settling in to the room and the clerk came to the room to give us two $10 certificates towards breakfast for the inconvenience. Kinda of useless considering the room came with breakfast, but I guess it is the gesture that counts? All in all the room was just ok. The hotel is not very clean and is very loud. Won't be back.
