The hotel was in the heart of uptown Charlotte. It was right across from Spectrum Center and by the Epi center. It is clean. The staff was nice. The room was comfortable and what we needed for the weekend. Not overly crowded and there's a bar and restaurant in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Unfortunately, was automatically given a handicap accessible room. Not necessary for my stay, and didn’t fully meet my comfort level due to the modifications.

Very loud hotel.

The hotel was that very active and busy. Very loud. Perfect for someone young looking to party all day and night. We came to this hotel for a game at the stadium. Did not expect this environment.

Not happy

The towels were not all clean and also realy firm. Literally it was hurting me when scrubing my body. The walls are too thin and i am not staying there again. The Omni around the corner was way better

My son and I had a great time and the place was very clean close to everything very good restaurants staff is very friendly this is our new place to stay in Charlotte when we come from out of town

Quick business trip, simply needed a clean room, piece and quiet. It was sufficient for those needs and in the right location. Overall rating is 3.5 or if 5. The room, specifically the bathroom and sink area, wasn't as clean as I would liked. Still saw soap scum on shower tiles.

Pros: Very comfortable bed
Cons: Include parking in the current rate
Location: Plenty of places to eat nearby NASCAR hall of fame within walking distance
Clean room like new modern feel comfortable beds felt safe

My stay was awesome I love Aloft hotels but they could put some charging stations in the room

We had an issue with another reservation (not on Expedia) and the hotel staff was able to accommodate everything. The staff was more than helpful.
