Rooms were not clean everyday and their washroom had old showers and water was way too hot all the time.

Nice hotel

The only issue I had was that it was 20 degrees outside and for our entire stay the hotel lobby heat was not working. Very unpleasant. The hotel stay was friendly and helpful.

Cold room manager not helpfull

Checked into the room after a long day of traveling with a 90-year-old man. At approximately 8 o’clock. Went to the room which was dark and cold. The thermostat read 56°. I turned on the heat and assumed the room would warm up after we went to bed. Woke up at 4 AM freezing and the temperature was now 55°. When I complain to the manager in the morning Mr. Gonzales he said sometimes there’s a problem with the thermostats. We couldn’t even shower the room is so cold. He said he would buy us a cocktail for our troubles. He said how about breakfast instead.

Upgrade to deluxe room at no charge and received complimentary parking. Room well appointed and Starbucks Coffee in room.

The only bad thing I can say is that the bed was high on sides and low in middle made you sink to the center. Otherwise bed was comfy and the room was great!

Room Was Very Loud

Great staff, clean hotel but my room was very loud because of how close it was to the highway. Bathroom was very small

Excellent Customer Service

Staff here is top notch. I was lucky enough to be the guest of the day and was offered a free room upgrade and access to the private lounge on the 14th floor. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing customer service

We booked a room online. The rate, because of a special event, was four times the usual but we were willing to pay that for the location and to be part of the festivities. However, when we trief to check in we were told that our room was not quite ready and a manager had to check it before they could give us a key. No problem, we went and had a nice lunch. However, several hours passed and we were then told that there was somebody else in our room and they were sending security to find out who it was. We never did get an answer to that as security never got back to the front desk. We spoke directly to the manager of the hotel and he even failed to follow up with security. The best he could do was place us in a room right off the elevator that had two double beds versus the king size that we had reserved and paid for. The room was noisy due to the location and the mechanism to turn the shower on fell off in our hands. We decided to let it go and deal with everything the next day. I have to complement the gal working the front desk who was sympathetic to what had happened. However again the supervisor failed to properly address our dissatisfaction and their failure to serve. She said it was because we had booked the room online so they could not do anything. It was not at all about the money but very much about not for filling their obligation and dismissing us. The front desk girl did comp our valet parking.

Beautiful place, stayed only one night slept well beds very comfortable. however when my husband and I took shower the water was not going down the drain properly so eater was around snkles as you showered which was very annoying and dangerous could have easily slipped and hurt myself. Will stay again but rest assured will check to make sure water is running down drain in tub appropriately.
