the front desk staff are the shuttle to the airport driver as well , there's never anyone that can do anything related to your stay , unless its a manager and there's NEVER a manager on dutie to solve any of your problems

Had one of the rooms that the toilet wasn't flushing down correctly. Called the front desk to see if they can come and fix it. They brought me a plunger and had me to fix it. After that I told them if I could switch to another room. They told me they would get in touch with the manager and get back to me. That night they never did call me back. Such horrible service! Never going back there again.

My husband and I got to the hotel around 11:30 pm after a long flight, tried to check in and front desk told us the system is down, the guy was very helpful (didn’t get his name) however we had to sit for an hour and wait for the system to finish updating, this was very frustrating at that time of the night. There were at least 10 others waiting to be checked in. Something needs to be done about the system and this is a great set back and you could loose a lot of business.

The pillows are terrible but for a before flight stay overall average. Not pleased to see the breakfast bar was only rated B by health department.

1st room we arrived to had cockroaches- we asked to be moved to separate part of hotel and that room was much better. The staff were very apologetic and the shuttles to and from airport was good.

Beds were comfortable and the room was fine. The low overall rating is because of the almost non- existing breakfast (one of the reasons I chose this hotel was the included breakfast). Breakfast served was: omlet (the type that is defrosted), waffles (make your own), cartons of milk, coffee. Thats it. (No bread, cereal or yogurt) Only after I requested did they bring out a few bagels. If I would have known I would have booked another hotel. Apparently Country Inn & Suites by Radisson don’t have a consistent standard across all their hotels in the chain.

Phone doesnt work. Bath tub doesnt hold water. 2 washclothes for 3 people, what I booked for. Breakfast hours 7 to 9????who does that? Jets flying over early mornings and evening. . Booked by mistake, I thought I was booking the one other side of town, which was a lot nicer.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean serving its purpose for one night. However, the property is located under the flight path of the Charlotte airport so planes could be heard flying overhead until midnight and again beginning at 6 am.

Only stayed one night and main reason was transportation to the airport. The front desk lady and driver were welcoming and conversational which made it plus. The rooms were decent, and clean for the most part. I found out if the door is not closed properly, it sets off an alarm. The cook had an emergency so I didn’t get to try the breakfast and they apologized for that, so don’t have a review for that. Overall, for my purpose, it was a good stay.

Checking in was ok, going into my room was not what I was told. The pull out bed was broken, there was soo much trash under where u attempt to pull out the bed. There were pieces of hair on my pillow cases. I immediately said I’m not staying in this room. I went back downstairs to the desk and explained the condition the room was in, he said he would have to go look. That’s fine but I’m the man time can I get another room. He gave me another room. The next morning breakfast was horrible boiled egg, sausage links, bacon and waffles. There was no juices available just a bad experience and would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Even though my truck got broken into the hotel was very nice and I don't blame them for what a thief did. The parking lot was well lit but you cannot stop someone from steeling no matter what you do.

Shower head had crack and sprayed all over wall. We also used the laundry facility and the washer was off balance and wpuld not spin then the dryer did not dry. Yo get change for washer and dryer was a hige pain.

We found hair our sheets when we pulled down the duvet. The service staff was not around in the morning. The breakfast was pathetic.
