TOP NOTCH!!!

Booked it fast and easy. Check in was a quick. Shout out to the Bistro and (Precious) the food is awesome and the drinks are great. All around great place.

This hotel had the friendliest staff of any hotel I can remember staying at. I would recommend this hotel based on the staff alone.

Was a little disappointed with tidiness ..or lack thereof. The carpet in the hall did not appear to have been vacuumed that day-had a lot of 'stuff' on it. Big 'stuff'. Husband went to make coffee in the morning and the pot had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. Expect more from the Marriott chain. Nice outside patio for drinks in the evening. Again, tho', lack of effort left one table (which would have been used) covered with bird poo. Would have thought someone would have made sure tables were clean. Generous wine pour and food from Bistro was surprisingly good.

Good location great staff

Front desk personnel were excellant as were the shuttle drivers. Close to the airport. The pool was closed as it had been drained. Drinks a bit pricey.

There was a CHILDS toy laying on the floor by the window chair giving me an impression the floor hadn't been vacuumed. The shower curtain was filthy, the pool was closed and had been for at least a week. The hotel was way overpriced at $180 the 1st stay and $150 the second. My niece who was also there the same time spent $90 a night st a really nice Sheridan Hotel! The only thing that was good about the hotel were the shuttle service drivers and front desk staff. The restaurant was awful and the food tasted like a microwave meal.

Location!!

Located right near CLT airport and close to a grocery store and gas stations, it is good choice when coming or leaving the area.

Much needed break

Courtyard Marriott was a nice experience the staff were helpful and it was centrally located clean spacious rooms I will stay there again.
