The hotel has been quite, clean and the personal is very professional. I like the area, has enough parking and the bed it is comfortable. not expensive. restroom clean and the service is good. I really recommend this hotel.

Reservation not honored!!

Requested smoking, arrived not available. Had to smoke outside in 20 degree weather! Manager rude and unapologetic!!!

Ok for a weekend!

The room was close to everywhere we needed to go. The rooms are ok. The problem i had was the bathroom sink had hair and so did the tub. I had to clean up the bathroom with my own cleaning supplies.dogs where barking all night long on the floor. I needed my sheets changed and new washcloths . i was told i had to bring them to front desk myself order to have them replaced. I had to make up bed myself when i received them. didnt like that at all, thats housekeeping job! Overall i wouldnt consider terrible. Just wont let it be on my list of hotels anymore.

Very Disappointed in Expedia.

I booked 2 rooms via Expedia for the weekend of December 1, 2017. The initial room I booked was at the Extended Stay for Dec 1, 2017. At the time of the first booking, I was aware I needed to stay 2 nights. The first room was booked on November 30, 2017. The 2nd room was booked on November 29, 2017. I called Expedia to asked if it was possible to have the first booking for both days so I wouldn’t have to change rooms. I was told if I did that the rate would be 197.00, the rate for the 2nd room was $88.00, the first was $109.00. I arrived at the hotel somewhere around 7:30, asked the very nice gentleman if I could at that time stay in the same room both nights. I’m not sure if he missed understood me, because that didn’t happen, he did tell me he would try to give me Expedia’s rate for the room, the 2nd room costed $92.00. I go to the room, no problem. I leave the next morning , I leave for work the next day, I receive a phone call from the hotel, telling me, I didn’t check out, my belongings were still in the room. At this point I’m confused, thinking the nice gentleman, had made the arrangements for me to stay in the same room for the 2 nights I was in Charlotte. The rude male manager at the hotel, told me either I had to come get my belongings, or they would remove from the room & keep at the desk. I couldn’t leave the job, and go the 20 minutes back to the hotel. I told the nice gentleman, if I couldn’t stay in the same room, I wouldn’t be able to check in at

Hotel need major renovations

Mold in showers, soap was cheap, my cousin gehad room smell, stafff was great. Horrible experience

Dirty building. When asking for someone to take care of the issu, we were informed it would cost an extra fee to get someone the next day

Great hotel close to Bojangles Convention Center

This hotel was clean & comfortable & the staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was pretty lean but passable when in a hurry.

Not good for the price.

Cons: Breakfast. Smell of smoking in halls.
Location: Great location. Close to everything, restaurants, stores, etc.
Breakfast? No I wouldn't call what they served "breakfast". There was coffee, muffins in wrappers, granola bars and packaged grits that added water. No oatmeal.
