a typical property, with the bare essentials

We noticed a "safe deposit" fee on our statement days after leaving this property, even though we did not use it. Airport shuttle van needs new windshield wipers, which was noticed during our transit from the airport to motel. Bed and pillows sink in and that makes for a strained neck in the morning. Check-in and check-out process went smoothly. Breakfast options were diverse.

Clean hotel near the airport.

Pros: It is a great value for the price. It was clean, spacious, and included a nice breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom door was hard to open and close.
Location: Very near the airport, and easy access to Billy Graham Parkway.
We were pleased with our last minute decision to spend the night near the airport before flying out in the morning. It far exceeded our expectations and we plan to use this hotel again in the future when we have an early morning flight out of CLT.

Nice place,Bad beds

Mattresses in 2 rooms we used were so hard and very uncomfortable

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also very good. Got a good price on hotels.com. Would recommend staying there.

One night stay

The desk person was helpful and the room was comfortable. The hotel was a short drive to the Woodlawn lite rail station from which we took the train to down town. It is also a short drive to the airport.

Nice hotel and the staff was very accommodating.

Pros: Clean room, staff was very accommodating.
Cons: Don't know of anything.
Location: The location is near the airport, which is what I was looking for allowing me to leave my car there and shuttle me to the airport and pick me up.
I stayed in this hotel because they allowed me to leave my car there and shuttled me to the airport; they have a very accommodating staff.

No smoking hotel __not!

Hotel was kinda dirty. Staff was good, at 1030 pm the smoke from a neighboring room got into our room. We called security and the smoke eventually cleared out. Less than a good experience
