Pros: It had airport shuttle , breakfast was okay the rooms were comfortable
Cons: A good restaurant around but the hotel itself was quite nice
Location: Near the airport it was a layover
It was just a layover so no experience, easy check in and out

Loved it very nice and easy to find. Very close to the airport and not far from Downtown Charlotte. I will definitely stay there again one day in the future.

Disappointed

I was disappointed because my stay was job-related and I needed WI-FI. It NEVER worked!!!! I have hotspot in my phone, and it was not working because the hotel does not have WI-FI I can never stay there again

Excellent package through Expedia. Hotel was very clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. Would stay at this facility again.

Bad bed... poorly maintained rooms

Horrible, cheap bed more suited to a Motel 8... Horrible ceiling in the bathroom with water damage, poorly finished patches and unfinished light fixture...

Great staff....very helpful, friendly and professional. However, the free-parking IS NOT free. Despite the fact that the website specified free-parking for up to 14 days, I had to pay $50 for that privilege and my friend had to pay $25. Make sure you verify in advance what the policy really is.

ok hotel

Pros: proximity to airport
Cons: listen to guest's requests, know your hotel
compared to other Wingate hotels, this is at the lower end of the spectrum. I had asked for a "quiet room, far away from elevators etc." The young man stared into his computer for a while and gave me the key to a room that he declared quiet ------ exactly next to an elevator.
