I loved the hotel and my room, which was nicely designed and equipped, until I turned on the A/C. It's so loud, at first I thought there was construction going on outside my window. Luckily I had my earplugs, but still it was unacceptably loud. But most important, the interned wasn't working. First night, I reached out to support, but the lady wasn't able to help, saying this was the Apple's problem (didn't work on both - my iPhone and my computer). Then she was trying to find a tech support number for awhile, at some point I gave up and decided to try tomorrow. Next day I started a chat via app instead, no agent was available to help me. I wanted to extend my stay for 3 more nights, but without internet it was not acceptable and no one was able to help me, so I checked out.
