Great location and nice hotel

While overall our stay was a pleasant one, there should be some improvement in signage in the parking garage. We arrived on Saturday at 6pm and parking was a disaster. It was hard to find out where exactly to go in the garage and we were being directed by the flag men to keep going further and further in the garage. More signs need to be put up as you enter the garage in order to help understand where to park as for Aloft guests, we should have gone a different route in order to access the aloft elevator.
The room was nice, but our phone didn't work and neither did CNN (which was a deal breaker for me as I am a political new junkie). Other channels were available but odd that CNN was blocked. Perhaps ironic, but not sure if it wasn't strategic. I would have called the front desk, but my hotel phone didn't work.
Would I stay again, yes, jusyxa couple things that could have been better.

Thanks for the feedback regarding parking - on your next stay I would recommend using Valet parking on College St for $25 nightly, it is worth the extra $2! I'm sorry to hear about the phone and TV in your room, I will make sure our Engineering team addresses these for future guests.
