Never stay here

Rude, uninformed hotel staff. I got a breakfast for 2 package, they had no clue what that was. Since they don't have a restaurant, they give you a $10 card to buy a couple drinks from their little shop. Ridiculous! No one gave us any information about the hotel or its surroundings just handed me the keys and didn't point me towards an elevator or even say have a great stay. I will never again in my life stay at another Aloft!

Great Hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: More info about valet parking. Bigger signs. It was a busy day and we had to circle the block 2 times to figure out how to get valet parking.
Location: We came to see the Charlotte Hornets Basketball game. It was walking distance away.
Beautiful Hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Pros: Location
Cons: The hotel needs a remodel. The cleanliness in the public areas needs to be much better. Something got to be done about the doors slamming itself
Location: Panther stadium
The hotel is right middle of downtown. Great location within a Epicenter where lots of restaurants and CVS. Parking is reasonable priced too.

Hotel is very nice. perfect location. there are some renovations going on and I had a few problems with that. One night, the TVs were not working. On my check out morning, I wake up groggily with the fire alarm saying to evacuate the hotel. I called the front desk and the lady told me it was not a drill, that it was serious. I changed in record time and when I opened my door, a housekeeper was there working normally. She told me hotel staff had told her it wasnt for real and that been going on because of the renovations. She called front desk and they told her the guests didnt habe to leave. When I checked out, I complained at the lobby and she couldnt care less. She told me at the time I called, she thought it was a serious situation. The least she couldve done was call again and say it was a mistake. Her dismissal turned me off big time. The situation could not be more annoying. Nice hotel but id wait to stay here until after the renovations are complete

Nice hotel in a very convenient location

Went to the Panthers game. Hotel is in walking distance from the stadium and also right in the middle plenty of restaurants and bars. The fire alarm went off and we were forced to evacuate the building on the morning of our last day. That was very inconvenient

Close to everything.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking because we had to pay $20. However, the staff was friendly, the view was amazing, we could walk to everything, and the room was pretty awesome! I will definitely note this as my spot to stay everytime I visit ! Great stay and experience !!!

The hotel is going to through renovations. I had an issue during my stay with repairs being done in the room next to mine . The work started early in the morning and continued through out the day. In the future the hotel needs to come up with a better renovation schedule to accommodate the needs of their guest. On the plus side the staff was supper nice and the hotel is in a great location.

Nice, but needs updating

Cons: Lighting and appliances
Good experience, but updates are needed. Hallways are very dark and need updated. Appliances in the rooms need to be updated. Staff is very nice and knowledgably of the area.
