Hotel is very nice. perfect location. there are some renovations going on and I had a few problems with that. One night, the TVs were not working. On my check out morning, I wake up groggily with the fire alarm saying to evacuate the hotel. I called the front desk and the lady told me it was not a drill, that it was serious. I changed in record time and when I opened my door, a housekeeper was there working normally. She told me hotel staff had told her it wasnt for real and that been going on because of the renovations. She called front desk and they told her the guests didnt habe to leave. When I checked out, I complained at the lobby and she couldnt care less. She told me at the time I called, she thought it was a serious situation. The least she couldve done was call again and say it was a mistake. Her dismissal turned me off big time.
The situation could not be more annoying.
Nice hotel but id wait to stay here until after the renovations are complete

Thank you for coming to see us recently. It is great to hear that you found the hotel nice and that our location worked well for you. I apologize for the fire alarm going off during your stay, unfortunately from time to time our alarms get triggered and fire code mandates that we evacuate the hotel until we know for sure there is no danger. We hope you will come see us after we complete our renovations - we should be done by the end of the year! Thanks again.
