The hotel is going to through renovations. I had an issue during my stay with repairs being done in the room next to mine . The work started early in the morning and continued through out the day. In the future the hotel needs to come up with a better renovation schedule to accommodate the needs of their guest. On the plus side the staff was supper nice and the hotel is in a great location.

Food was left in refrigerator from last guests. Other than the food the stay was good

Nice, but needs updating

Pros: Nice bathroom and shower
Cons: Lighting and appliances
Good experience, but updates are needed. Hallways are very dark and need updated. Appliances in the rooms need to be updated. Staff is very nice and knowledgably of the area.

I start with the staff, they were so sweet to a point where they stayed on phone with me to give me directions to the hotel! Although it is a big Building but it was so hard to find it at least for me because there was no visibale sgins! Rooms are clean, and I recommend it to friends!

Amazing

The front desk staff was amazing I love how they had games in the lobby so that you are not always confined to the room room was amazing had not one problem view of the city was cool I would stay again and I recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to stay where the bars are it's bars everywhere

Good location

Pros: Room very nice and a/c was great!
Cons: Couldn't find valet
Location: Close to Panthers game and Morton's
Very nice hotel would stay there again. Finding the valet very difficult. The description on the Expedia not clear. Expedia didn't make it clear it was at the Epi Center. Hotel staff and room very nice! Would stay there again!

Close to a lot of uptown and our venue

Hotel is nice but room was horrible

The floor had a huge stain on it. The mirror had a huge crack on it that was covered with tape and the the sheets were dirty.

Gteat for a weekend away

Came to town for the Steele's Game and because of the Hurricane we ended up staying an extra night. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!
