Will not stay here again.

Pros: The bed and the pillows were great.
Cons: Chipped paint, water damaged ceiling, bathroom door was covered in paint to hide chips on the wood and the bottom was dirty. Towels were old and thin.
Location: Convenient location close to CLT
Fighting and screaming at around 3am between 2 people fighting in the hallway and the hotel attendant being heard trying to pacify them - I was ready to dial 911 in fear that a weapon might be utilized anytime and go through my hoterlroom... Could not wait to check out.

I'm sorry for the problems you encountered at our hotel and apologize that a couple other guests were so disrespectful of everyone. We did call the police ourselves and had a staff member try to mitigate the situation until they arrived to evict them. When a case like this happens we ban the problem makers from ever returning to the hotel.

Cons: RELACIONES HUMANAS, QUE ATIENDAN MAS RAPIDO EN LA RECEPCION Y QUE CUIDEN QUE LAS COSAS DE CUARTOS DE FUMADORES NO SE JUNTEN CON LAS DE NO FUMADORES.

Gracias por tomar tiempo para dejar una crítica. Nuestro servicio de transporte está programado para dejar 20 minutos después de cada hora. Lo siento por la primera habitación que tenía olor a humo. Desafortunadamente, algunos de nuestros huéspedes son irrespetuosos y fumar en una habitación para no fumadores. Hacemos todo lo posible para asegurar que la habitación sea tratada para eliminar estos olores siempre que sea posible.

Would not stay here again

Pros: The room was clean. There was free shuttle to the airport. Free coffee in the morning.
Cons: The check in process was very long. There were 4 people in line and it took 40 minutes before we were checked in. The hotel seems very run down.
Location: The hotel was close to the airport and there was a free shuttle.

The toilet in the room was not working properly

Location: the hoetl is very close to the charlotte airport [1/2 mile]. There is a McDonalds and a Wendys close by
Our stay at Baymont had its problems. The Toilet in our room did not work properly. The dining room did not provide food a diabetic can eat. They only offered muffins and orange juice. Coffee and tea was not made when we needed to eat. 1.5 stars out of 10.

Pros: The man at the front desk was courteous and did his best.
Cons: TV in room didn't work. Location of room too close to front desk and was too noisey. I asked for and received another room, but room key didn't work. I was told that I need to jiggle the door handle "upward." I had enough decided this wasn't the hotel for me. I stayed at another hotel down the street. More money, but worth every penny. As they say, you get what you pay for!
Location: Just stayed overnight for early a.m. flight.

Don't bother

Location: Only a few restaurants.
Very few amenities and a terribly loud bathroom ceiling fan. Though I complained, Maintenance never showed up. The lobby is dark and dingy with no electronic doors to aid travelers with luggage, particularly seniors or health challenged.

I'm terribly sorry for the problems you encountered at our hotel. A few of our bathroom vent fans are a bit older. This is on the projects we are working on to get corrected. I will look into why our maintenance staff did not come address the problem after you reported it. We are more than happy to help seniors or others with their baggage.

Friendly staff, great quick trip stay

Pros: Staff was VERY friendly, breakfast was standard, beds are tall but comfortable
Cons: Doors stick so you hear slamming doors all night long, the hotel didn't have enough towels and washcloths for everyone in the hotel.

Thank you for your review. We contacted several guests after discovering they were leaving their doors up with the swing latch. The doors are set to auto close, but with the latch on, they were banging loudly. I'm sorry we did not discover this earlier in the evening to put an end to it.

Did you report this problem to our desk? We take complaints very seriously and investigate all claims and take all necessary steps to take care of our guests and any problems that may arise. We have had no bed bug reports.

Location: close to airport
The wifi didn't work up in the room. The phone didn't work, and when we went down to the front desk to let them know (because this would affect our wakeup call), they assured us that someone would be up to knock on the door. Nobody came for our 4am wake up call.
