We stayed at the property February the 23rd and the 24th and the room was clean it needs a little TLC some painting some touch up other than that the bed was really nice the bathroom was clean the carpet was clean it was dusted. The parking lot was full of trash it actually popped my back tire. The dining room was clean Carmen the lady that helped with breakfast was amazing a beautiful woman she had a beautiful spirit very very helpful the lady in the morning crew a young lady I don't remember her name she was a Mexican lady she was so helpful and so honest and such a sweet young lady the afternoon ladies were very rude and disrespectful. There was two different ladies in the afternoon they didn't even say hello or look up for any reason. Both of them were African American and I am not trying to be racist I'm just saying the truth. The third floor is where we stayed and it needs a lot of TLC the hallway is very dark people are slamming doors smoking weed and being very disrespectful we had to move rooms because the room next to us was loud and never spoke to weed and they just didn't care. So I think you need to fix the problem with the hallway and make sure you guys are really talking to people look at their face and make sure that they're being honest enough not to go in the room and smoke weed thank you what I stay there again yes

1. I have not been asked for a deposit on a room, that did not have a minibar in 40 years. 2. The elevator needs repair it sounds horrible. 3. Checkin took way too long for someone with reservations.

Beds are too hard. Was really difficult to get good sleep. Did ask for more pillows but didn’t have any available. Lady at front desk was really nice though when she told me no pillows but had some couch cushions if I wanted those. Took them, but they didn’t help much.

Be sure and always use the safety lock at hotels!
Checked in fine. Room was ok but chilly. I adjusted heat and we left for several hours. Upon return, the room was cold. No display on heating unit. Called front desk and gentleman arrived promptly. He could not fix unit so we were moved to another room. That was just fine. But, what happened at 4 am was NOT fine! At that time, my husband was woken up by voices in hallway. Then, he heard the door lock click. Then, someone tried to come in. Luckily, we had the safety lock on. My husband slammed the door shut. We were scared to death. There was little sleep happening after this happened. When we told the hotel clerk what happened to us, he apologized and said he gave someone our room! At 4 in the morning! We understand mistakes happen but we were really traumatized. A mistake like this could have had terrible consequences (they could have been shot!).

We had a king room. The bed was comfortable the bathrooms were nice. The carpet had sone some stains. But overall a good stay.
