great location close to shopping and the freeway

Pros: Location was great
Cons: Bed mattress could be softer and vent fan in bathroom would be great when they remodel.
Location: Carolina Mall is very close along with restaurants.
This hotel was in a great location for access and a quiet location as far as freeway noise etc. Highly recommend this to business and pleasure travel.

My stay was good. The only complaint I have was the fire alarm/smoke detector which was extremely loud went off in my room at 2am about three hours before I had to get to the airport and after pressing buttons for twenty minutes it finally went off. The staff was rather confused/perplexed about it and didn't really provide reasoning/apologies for the inconvenience.
