Hotel is in the middle of an overdue renovation. There was an issue between Expedia and the hotel regarding payment. The clerk kept us waiting while it was sorted out even though it had nothing to do with us.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review for our hotel. I am very sorry to hear about your experience while staying with us. My ownership recently purchased this property and we are working as quickly as possible to get as many of the issues under control that we can. We are currently undergoing a full top to bottom renovation and working on retraining the staff. Again, I hate to hear that you had a bad experience, but I hope that in the future you will consider staying with us again so that we can personally show our improvements to you.
