Nykol, at the front desk, was very helpful. The shuttle driver, while on the grounds was friendly and eager to be of service. The bed was very comfortable and the towels wer soft. The property showed it's age (a little beat) but the rates were reasonable.

The shower in 501 didn't work and had no pressure. The street behind the hotel was abandoned and trashed. No vending machines so the only option was $4.00 soft drinks at the hotel store. Unreal.

Loved that it was close to our conference and there were back ways that didnt require to get into main arterials. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice with the only exception being that the mattress was firmer than we were used to.

The hotel itself was decent. The pictures make it look nicer than it actually is on the inside. Our room was clean and decent, but there was a significant ant problem. Also, the staff needs more training on etiquette; particularly in front of guests.

I checked in after mindnighr and they had my paper work and key ready. All I had to do was sign and find my bed.That was so kindof them to have everything prepared.The shuttle driver went beyond his duties to ensure I knew exactly where to go because I was having mobility issues from a fall on the trip. He got me right to the door I needed to save some steps.I love the Southern charm and the staff going the extra mile.I felt so seen.The room was so clean and comfortable.

Missed my connecting flight and chose this hotel because in part it had a hotel shuttle. At 10:45 PM they had no shuttle so I had to pay for a cab to get there. Beware of this property if that is one of your reasons for choosing it.
