The property was nice and the room was very clean. However, we had some problems with housekeeping. We booked a room for 5 days for two adults and three kids. They only provided two towels. We requested three more at the front desk and they informed us housekeeping would bring them up. Housekeeping then only brought one and two face cloths. We requested two more and had to have the two youngest share a towel so we could get ready to leave. When we got back that night we still didn't have anything. The morning of the third day as we were heading out for the day we again requested towels for the room at the front desk and she stated she would inform housekeeping and that we were not the only room to complain regarding towels. We returned later that day only to find we still didn't receive towels. My boyfriend brought the dirty very wet towels down to the desk and stated the complaint again and told them we needed 5 clean towels (for the 5 people booked in the room). She finally handed him the towels we needed. As she was grabbing them he noticed and entire list of rooms that had made complaints regarding towels.

I loved the flooring vs carpet. Hotels don’t appear to provide clean towels now unless you go downstairs to get them at front desk yourself. Also housekeeping doesn’t come unless you request as well.
