Loyal Marriott customer but was dissappointed.

It started with over 40 min at front desk to check in. Staff was friendly but they were grossly understaffed. Our room had trash in the trash cans. The carpeting was a mess: stained, tattered and holes. The bed was not what we normally see in a Marriott property. It was so worn out you just sank in it. Very dissatisfied.
