This place is a class act! Staff at check in were so customer friendly and positive they should be teaching other hotels how to serve guests. Give them a raise!

Karyn was the woman who checked us in and she was the best. So helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice. Only slated for one night. Checked in late and was pleased to be able to relax in the bar with a cocktail.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. There were food wrappers under the desk, hair in the foot of the sheets, and the shower curtain smelled of mildew (although no mildew was seen).

The location cannot be beat! I loved that it was close to the Southpark Mall, excellent restaurants and a short and easy drive to Bojangles Coliseum. The hotel staff were exemplary! Will stay here again!

Even though I only stayed for one night I really enjoyed it. The balcony was a extra touch that you normally done get at any other hotel. Very close to the mall and what I needed to get to, amazing staff. Will be booking here again when I come back to Charlotte.
