Let’s start with the little things: For such an “upscale hotel” it wasn’t all that great. The TV only had like 60 channels and 1/3 of them were in Spanish. The remote halfway worked (you could only channel up and you had to press the buttons super hard pointing directly at the tv). The USB charger on the nightstand made an unsettling whistling sound when you plugged your charger into it. For those people who enjoy their coffee in the morning, don’t expect the hotel to provide complimentary coffee downstairs and DEFINITELY no free breakfast. They have a bistro where you can purchase such items if you desire. There IS one of those mini coffee makers in the room with the off brand coffee and 2 packets of creamer and sugar if you’re hard up for coffee.
As far as cleanliness and comfort go, the hotel was great. However, in my opinion, it’s the little things that count. If I pay almost $100/night somewhere the least they could do is offer a free continental breakfast and some f***ing coffee.
