Unhappy camper.

Pros: Clean Nice location to get back and forth to hospital nice Kings size bed but it was a joke
Cons: New Mattresses
THE BED WE SLEPT ON WAS THE HARDEST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. very UNCOFORTABLE. never STAY AT A DAYS INN AGAIN We have always stayed at Days Inns plenty of times never had this problem before. Need to get some new mattress It felt like you were sleeping directly on the floor.

Great Location, but old and worn!

Pros: Great Loacation
Cons: Some room upgrades would be nice.
Location: Good mexican restaurant next door.
The staff was very nice and the place was ok, but some of the other guests were very questionable. I came from the airport late at night. Check in was easy. It's an older hotel. room was clean but beat up. Mexican restaurant next door was very nice and convenient.

Cons: Breakfast area needs to be enlarged...
Hotel was quiet, clean and easily accessible from the freeway. Also has a nice Mexican Restaurant on premises.

Nice and reasonable place close to Billy Graham Li

Pros: The employees were very nice.
Cons: Longer time for breakfast.
Location: Very close to the Billy Graham Library. Across the street from Prime Carolina Steakhouse. Close to gas stations.
Nice hotel. pleasant staff, close to Billy Graham Library. Close to 95. Easy on and off.

Very marginal

Pros: Price of room was good and it was close to airport.
Cons: Property needs an update... curb appeal is zero
Location: Shopping and restaurants are nearby.
Location not in a good part of town. Property in a somewhat run-down condition.

It was an ok hotel. There wasn't a elevator and it was hard to get suitcase up the stairs. Small breakfast area and not much choice selection for breakfast either.

Pleasant Surprise

Pros: Overall just a 'surprising' win for having no idea what to expect.
Cons: No security on external doors leading into hallways.
This was a great little find - for travelers needing a good overnight - highly recommend. Easy access off of major highway - easy back on. Attached to a restaurant - plus several others (and fast food) within walking distance. Pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. all within 10 mins. Room clean and neat. Front desk very pleasant. Morning breakfast - do-it-yourself waffles, variety of breads, cereal, juices, and coffee. All good.

You get what you pay for

It's a cheap place to stay. Check in went okay. We were put in the very back second floor. No elevator. Used the outside door which is open to anyone coming in until 11pm (supposedly it's locked at 11pm) The mattress was firm and not uncomfortable but not comfortable. It all appeared to be clean though. Sliding glass door and two foot deep balcony allowed all the noise of the interstate and cars in the parking lot to come in the room. Doors of workers staying across the hall slamming, people arguing at 2am in the parking lot, gunshots and sirens. It made for a very strange experience staying there. The continental breakfast was great. Coffee was fresh and tasted good. The had a selection of cereals and breads. A waffle maker and juices, milks, yogurts. Very organized but in a very small area. Everything was clean though.

Terrible!

Run down. Poor customer service. No shuttle service even though its advertised as having shuttle service. Also stated that it is 3.7 miles from Bank America stadium...I guess if can fly maybe! Booked through hotels.com which I WILL NEVER use again. The site should verify and update information!

Worst hotel, afraid for my safety.

The worst hotel if that is what you call it. More like a brothel. I was concerned for my safety. Pictures are false advertisement. Hotels.com you should remove immediately.
