The only reason I gave the property condition category a 3 was because our shower didn’t drain in room 402. Otherwise it was a very nice place and the employees working the desk were always very friendly and greeted us every time we came and left. The one guy gave us recommendations of were to eat because their restaurant wasn’t open yet. We went to the place he recommended and it was great. We would definitely stay there again when visiting our friend who lived in a apartment a block away from the hotel.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby, although the rooms were a little dated. For the most part the room was clean. Oh and the fresh, warm cookies and water upon checkin were a great touch!

Everything and everyone was superb, except for my shower kept getting the bathroom floor wet. I showered twice and both times the floor ( 528) got water on it. I had to use the towel to dry it.

There was a line at check-in but Craig checked us in and was super friendly and helpful! Ubering to and from The Underground at the Fillmore was easy and not a problem. My husband and I will likely stay at a Double Tree in the future. Very happy with our experience!
