Fantastic stay in Charlotte.

Pros: Great breakfast buffet and hotel restaurant. Comfortable rooms with a good amount of space. Great staff!
Cons: Bigger pool or another pool.
Very accommodating! The staff was great and efficient.

The hotel staff were very welcoming upon arrival and were quick in getting me checked into my room.

This hotel is an excellent choice for any occasion! The rooms are fabulous! The snack buffet was a plus! I will definitely be returning!

This hotel was nice. I really liked the room because it was very spacious. I will definitely stay there again.

Nicer hotel in Charlotte area

Beautiful hotel in a great location! When I arrived at 3:30 pm they told me my room (which I prepaid for) was not available and may not be available at all that night. They said they do not guarantee rooms and if that one was not available they would give me a smaller room. That had me irritated because I paid 221 a night and I had reserved the room for 7 people. After they realized I wasn't having that my room was magically available and they told me to come back at 4pm.

Comfortable room, plush beds, nice pool, good breakfast. The free drinks at the manager's reception were a bonus.
