The other guests were more friendly than the hotel staff. I realize this is a low-budget hotel, but it shouldn't even be on Hotels.com. Overflowing trash cans next to the building, one pot of coffee put out at 6 a.m. - when it's gone, it's gone.
I've stayed at several Extended Stay locations and this, by far, is the worst I have experienced.
