Choose another hotel

Front desk unfriendly, pool out of service, a/c broken in room, toilet broken. Staff not helpful. Expedia transfer us to another hotel. The best western and they were awesome. Expedia rep also very helpful with situations.

Comfortable, clean, convenient

My room was spacious and very clean. I have zero complaints about my stay, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room smell like cigarettes...staff very nice but place looked dirty ..bfast...muffins n coffee...thats not bfast

Hotel was okay. There was hair on the sheets so looks like it wasn't a clean sheet. The locality wasn't good. I mean there were lot of shops but you cannot walk to there so that was totally off for me

Nice for the price

We were looking for a place to stay while we were house hunting. The room was large and perfect for the four of us. Disappointed by the "free breakfast" all it was, was tiny muffins &a granola bars. No house keeping which was a bummer but if we needed anything the front desk staff was on top of it. All in all it was a good choice for what we needed.

Okay but could be better

The room was great except you had to ask for linen for the couch bed. No dishes or pots and pans available for a room with full kitchen. They front desk never was available. Great location with lots of food to choose from.

Dirty dirty rooms

We started off in a room and the carpet and bedding was drenched in water that smelled horrible due to the a/c leak at first they didn't want to move us but we moved to another room in which we had to Clorox the entire room and bathroom to remove other people's hairs from the shower. Once we pulled back the blanket to go to bed the bed sheet they had bodily fluid stains and dried blood so there is no way they changed the bedding. Once I finally got clean bedding I had to change the bed myself. The fridge is turn down to 1 so don't expect to be able to store food it took a good 24 hrs for the fridge to get cold. Also if you plan on cooking you must request basic living needs such as cooking ware. They pots and pans are burnt and trying to cook with them is just a waste of time. For the cost of this hotel you would expect to at least have a clean room.

Not happy at all!

Two pair of dirty underwear hanging on the bathroom door, broken shower handle that would not turn to hot water, broken handrail in shower, bed are veeeerrry uncomfortable, no kitchen utensils, no coffee, no ice machine or ice trays! We stay in Room #312.
