Wife and I had reserved a 4 night stay. We had driven 14 hours and had arrived early evening. The room we had was 329 but as soon as we opened the door to the room we were alarmed. The room smelled like a sewer had backed up or something was dead in the bathroom. We were tired after the drive, so we held bedsheets over our nose that night and tried to sleep. In the morning, we requested a different room. The desk staff was helpful and assigned us another room. This one was fine and we had a good stay the next 3 nights.

You all and the manager have screwed me out of $187 since I missed a flight helping a lady who hit a dog on the highway... I'm writing the manager today. I will NEVER use Expedia again! EVER.

Friendly staff. Only complaints: Bed too soft Ice maker too far at one end of building ( better if in the middle). Trash cans eat to small in rooms ( maid service every other day. All not deal breakers. I would stay there again.

The people made this hotel. EVERYONE was so nice and willing to help. The breakfast was very good and broad selection. We would definitely stay there again.

Last minute reservation. Worked out very well. Grest location and price. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was the usual, but was very clean and refilled when necessary.

Located in the only shopping area around lake Norman so traffic was a nightmare especially the well before Christmas. It is right off Highway.

This was, by far, one of our best hotel stays. This facility was immaculate inside and out, beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was not just "continental". It was a full hot breakfast with lots of choices and everything was fresh. They had great coffee. Fruit was available all day at the front entry and they had fresh baked cookies at the front desk in the afternoon. This is now our place to stay when visiting this area. TRuly a pleasant experience.

We had a good stay. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Beds were comfy for queens just prefer king size lol. Pool was closed but that was ok. Shower pressure was good, one of the best we have had. Check in service was great! We will stay here again when in the area!
