Got some sleep

Well, in my search for a hotel I put in for indoor pool and there was none. As I have children this was something I really wanted and was under the impression I was getting. My wife is disabled and we got an accessible room and it was on the top floor and all the way down the hall on the end, literally the farthest place from the front and elevator as possible. I asked if there was a room closer for her wheelchair and they told me no. It was booked thru a third party. Room was nice enough and restaurants were close by and my family made it work but I was disappointed in these things. I feel when I tried to address them with the hotel it fell on deaf ears. I have used you a lot before and I will use you again but I want to make sure these things don't happen again.

I am unsure how you found our hotel in a search with an indoor pool because we do have a seasonal outdoor pool. Very clean and comfortable!

Pros: Very impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the room. Staff was efficient and friendly.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like! Comfortable and convenient!
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, the bathroom door kept getting stuck, and the A/C didnt want too cool much. But overall it was ok and the staff was nice.

Very loud at night from highway noise.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Near highway was noisy and decor is pretty outdated.
Staff was friendly and we had easy access to what we needed but it was so loud at night from the traffic noise. Room smelled like a hospital.

Clean but too close to the highway.

Clean but close to the highway and lots of road noise until 11 pm and starting again 5 am. I will be staying elsewhere quieter next time.
