Got some sleep
Posted Dec 2, 2016 on Hotels
Well, in my search for a hotel I put in for indoor pool and there was none. As I have children this was something I really wanted and was under the impression I was getting. My wife is disabled and we got an accessible room and it was on the top floor and all the way down the hall on the end, literally the farthest place from the front and elevator as possible. I asked if there was a room closer for her wheelchair and they told me no. It was booked thru a third party. Room was nice enough and restaurants were close by and my family made it work but I was disappointed in these things. I feel when I tried to address them with the hotel it fell on deaf ears. I have used you a lot before and I will use you again but I want to make sure these things don't happen again.

We are very sorry that we fell short of your and our own high expectations of excellent guest experience. I am unsure how you found our hotel in a search with an indoor pool because we do have a seasonal outdoor pool. But again we apologize for any inconvenience and do hope that you will choose us again in the future.
