I booked 2 rooms for my family. Stayed the night of the 8th of January. The lady at checkin was fast and corteous. Once in the room we saw a cockroach that I had to kill because it was trying to get up my bed. Later when I went to take a bath a smaller one was swimming in the bathtub. Of couse after that me and my daughter were looking at the floor everytime we walked around. Did not enjoy our stay at all. Next morning at checkout I tried to explain what happened to the lady in the Front Desk. She didn't even care. She pointed to a card with the name and telephone of the manager that was on the counter. I asked if I was supposed to call the manager, answer was yes. Well, I am a foreigner with a foreign phone which cost me lots of money to call a USA number even when I am at USA. Am I supposed to call a manager by phone while I am still at the hotel front desk? I didn't even wanted to talk to any manager. Just wanted to tell them of the infestation so they do something. Didn't expect a compensation or anything, just an acknowledge of the situation, a "sorry for you not having a nice stay", just some comprehension. Of course I will not recomend or come back again. By the way, those small german cockroaches are the most difficult to exterminate of all. And once you see them with lights on, means they are hundreds around hidden. Nasty. Maybe the manager and front desk lady do read my review and take measures.
