Very good overall experience. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Close to campus of UNCC too. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only complaints are minor: our room door was very squeaky and the box for the elevator buttons in the lobby was loose and coming out of the wall.

Customer service was good at this hotel and the staff were helpful. The hotel itself is very dated for what it is charging. The rooms weren’t very clean. When I turned on the water faucet the water came out brown initially. The elevators feel like you’re going to get stuck in them. I’m used to Hampton Inn having better quality hotels which is why I booked and also the location.This hotel is in desperate need of renovations.

The hotel was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The rooms have an old carpet smell. The pool would have been cool if it wasn't dead bugs floating around. The staff was pleasant, but I probably won't be staying here again.
