This is an amazing hotel in an amazing location. There are numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel was sold out, but it didn't feel that way. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Went to a concert and this location was perfect to walk too. Only complaint is parking is a disaster… 2 grown adults cussing me and my child out over a parking place is a little much.

Excellent client care -- very courteous. Upgraded my room to a suite upon arrival for no charge. The breakfast was your standard continental breakfast, but it was good and free. I would absolutely return.

Parking is limited in the parking deck. Some guest took 2 parking spots for 1 car, one vehicle had a U-Haul trailer taking up 4 parking spaces. Our heat/ac unit is not working also.

The staff at check in and check out were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good bit of noise that lasted until late(mostly repeated loud door slamming). There was no ice maker on our floor and the one on the next floor was not working. The coffee maker in our room did not work. I went down to the lobby to get coffee (just before 7am). I poured a cup, took a sip, and it was cold. Finally found coffee that was hot in the breakfast area.

The staff knew that there was a car stuck on the ramp and did not have someone working there directing traffic. Instead there was a rude/intimidating guest telling us to back up… on the ramp… and we hit the wall. I went in to speak to the staff and they were disinteresting in taking any responsibility.

The only thing I didn't like was it wasn't close enough to the activities we planned. It was a good bit of walking and had to pay $25 per day for parking.

My stay was a waste of my money and my time very horrible on new year eve, pillar case still had blood on it the comforters wasn’t clean at all.. room 614. Went to check at another hotel, Hyatt near spectrum.. all so the hallway reeked of heavy Smoke if you know what I mean.
