The bed was so uncomfortable I have back pain.

The bed in the room was so uncomfortable I have back pain. The tub in the bathroom leaked constantly and there was a build up of mold and grime, I told the staff but nothing fixed. The room wasn't cleaned and trash removed, I had to call the front desk to have someone come up and remove the trash from the room. The one day that they did come in and clean they left cleaning supplies in the room. Lastly the elevators and hall ways are unclean and un cared for.

Great staff and hotel. BandAid was left in our shower. But other than that I would stay again.

From the front desk to the layout and size of the room and quality of beds, linens and amount of towels, nothing less than a 5.

Me and my husband was celebrating our honeymoon and this was the best hotel I could have ever choosen.the staff was very friendly and helpful.thanks for making our getaway wonderful.

Nice Hotel, not too far from downtown/airport

Pros: The cleanliness, large room with double beds, and friendly staff
Cons: Hot breakfast, I think some of the items were a little cold (French toast, and eggs); maybe from sitting too long.
Location: Charlotte has lots of fun things to get into! (Restaurants, bars, clubs, rock climbing etc.)
I found this hotel through Expedia, and the price was just right. The hotel and room were clean, staff was friendly and inviting; and they served breakfast! The room was spacious and comfortable. For a single night stay, I was very pleased and would come here again!

our room

Pros: the bed and the Jacuzzi so spoiled by both
Cons: we weren't told about how to get in after midnight but we did figure it out
Location: nice location on 9110 southern pines blvd we went to scarowinds and sea life aquarium had such an awesome time
we totally didn't expect the room we got the best room we have ever stayed in
